Food by George is an outside catering company situated in Hook, East Yorkshire. Food by George caters for the surounding communities in Goole, Hook, Airmyn, Howden and further afield.
Proprietor Sally Halliday, previously the Head Chef at The Old George public house, Goole, has been in the catering trade for over 20 years. Sally started work at The Old George before she left school and progressed through catering college to become the chef there for parents Ray and Maria Jesney.
Sally's family are Greek and Sally spent seven years cooking and learining about Greek cuisine in Greece and still helps Grandfather Costas with traditional family recipes.
Sally can provide buffets for any occasion; childrens parties, christenings, weddings or any get together where quality home made food would add to the enjoyment of your special day. All our food is home made and prepared to the highest standards.
